Working toward your LCSW is a big step. It often comes with excitement, questions, growth, and moments of uncertainty. This season of your career is about more than completing hours. It is about becoming the clinician you want to be.

LCSW Supervision that helps you grow
Supervision is not just about meeting requirements. It is a space where you get to slow down, reflect on your work, and build confidence in your clinical voice.
Together, we focus on helping you:
❊ Feel more grounded in sessions
❊ Understand your clients more deeply
❊ Strengthen your clinical judgment
❊ Navigate ethical questions with clarity
❊ Develop your own therapeutic style
This is your time to learn, stretch, and discover what kind of therapist you are becoming.
Clinical Supervision That Supports Your Goals as an LMSW
Many LMSWs come into supervision wanting more than just guidance on cases.
You may be hoping to:
❊ Feel confident working with complex clients
❊ Stop second guessing yourself in sessions
❊ Build skills you can actually use
❊ Prepare for the LCSW exam
❊ Understand patterns in your clinical work
❊ Clarify your long term career direction
❊ Feel ready to practice independently
Supervision offers a supportive place to explore all of this.

About Me
I am an LCSW and board approved supervisor in Texas and Washington with years of experience working in many social work settings including unhoused populations, crisis systems, hospitals, community mental health and my favorite…private practice. Currently, I work in private practice and work with couples. I’m an EMDR Consultant and AASECT Certified Sex therapist and supervisor in training. I know firsthand how vulnerable and powerful the transition from LMSW to LCSW can be.
My goal is to create a supervision space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged as you develop your clinical identity. I care deeply about helping newer clinicians grow into confident, thoughtful therapists who feel prepared for the next stage of their careers.
